This has been the best investment I have ever made. It has been a pleasure to go out and get around much easier than before. I enjoy using it every single time. The customer service department was exceptional. I initially ordered something that didn't work for me, but they worked with me to find the machine that met my needs. I upgraded to the NT-2, and what a turnaround! This little machine is incredible. I have severe COPD, but nothing stops this machine. I highly recommend it to anyone! My travel oxygen concentrator VT-1 arrived on time and well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow, and the unit performed as advertised. Sound level was less than 60 db. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a compact O2 concentrator for home, auto or truck.
