How Oxygen Concentrators Work?

Step 1: Air Compression. The system draws in ambient air and gently compresses it.

Step 2: Molecular Filtration. The compressed air flows into towers containing a Zeolite Molecular Sieve. This material selectively traps nitrogen molecules, effectively separating them from the oxygen.

Step 3: Continuous Output. While one sieve bed is being cleaned (releasing trapped nitrogen back into the air), the other is actively producing oxygen. This clever cycle ensures a steady, pulse-dose flow of up to 93% pure oxygen, precisely when you inhale.
